Product Advantages
1、Stainless steel rotor
The rotor material is made of specialstainless steel with excellent corrosionresistance and durability, The toothsurface ofthe rotor undergoes high-precision grinding processing. To furtherreduce internal leakage, mirror finishingis carricd outconsidering the thermalexpansion generated during operation toensure the optimal gap between therotors.
2、Super coating
The rotor and the inner wall of thecasing are coated with MoS2 +Teflon.which can withstand a high temperatureof270'C,has strong impact resistance.is not easy to fall off,is resistant towater vapor corrosion,and has goodheat conductionand self-lubricationperforrance.
3、High-efficiency ball bearings and ballbearings are used, with oil injection forlubrication inside. The synchronousgearsprecisely machined and manufactured ensure that the optimal clearanceis maintained between the rotors.
4、Bearings, synchronous gears
The control panel is equipped with a10-inch touch LCD display, which can setvarious working parameters, self-diagnosefaults and retrieve records,It canalso display the working temperatureand pressure of the compressor opera-tion at anytime and provide functionssuch as data acquisition, centralizedcontrol, remote control and alarm.
5、Independent oil pump system
Ensure the lubricating oil pressure whenthe machine starts up and stops to guarantee the lubrication ofmechanicalcomponents and extend their service life.
6、Steam-water separation andinductive electronic drainage
The standard steam-water separationsystem equipped with an intercooler anda rear cooler, as well as aninductiveelectronic drain, intermittently dischargethe condensate water in the pipelinewithout wasting compressed air,therebyextending the service life of the mainunit.
